What is the shipping cost?
For all the orders above Rs. 500, shipping is done free of cost. Shipping charge
is applicable to all orders under Rs. 500 and is subject to the delivery location.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.
Generally, it takes about 5-7 days for the order to reach you.
What can I do if my order is delayed?
We will try our best to get your order delivered within the stipulated timeline.
However, in case of any query regarding delays, please write to us at
info@theorganictreasure.in , and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
You can track your order from ‘My Order’ section. You can track the status of
your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched by your AWB number.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on The Organic Treasure?
Please note that none of our products are eligible for returns in any case. The
return policy is also mentioned on the homepage. Though in certain cases like
product being delivered is expiry dated, different product delivered, or is
received in a damaged condition, a replacement for the same will be provided.
You can raise your request by e-mailing us at info@theorganictreasure.in along
with the product pictures and item code. Your issue will be resolved at the
earliest.
How are returns processed?
In the event of any product delivered being expiry dated, different product
being delivered, or product received in a damaged condition, a pickup will be
organized for that product. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 3-5
business days after your request has been accepted. The original product of
standardized quality will be dispatched for you only after we receive the
returned product. Delays due to such unprecedented event are highly
regretted.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order through My Order section only before the product
has been dispatched. Any cancellation requests after the product has been
dispatched will not be accepted on our end. We are working hard to get your
100% organic and NPOP certified products delivered to you at the earliest.
Kindly respect the hard work our employees and courier partner are putting in
to make it feasible. We shall be highly thankful for your kindness & generosity.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
As mentioned above, no refunds will be processed for any of the items listed
on the website/application. However, in the exceptional cases of the product
being expiry dated, different product being delivered, or product received in a
damaged condition, a replacement for the same will be provided subject to a
mail depicting the product and its issue. Delays due to such unprecedented
events are highly regretted on our end.
How long does it take to receive a replacement for a returned product?
The stipulated timeline for the replacement product to get delivered to you
will be mailed to you. Generally, it would take an additional 5-7 business days
for the same.
Can I cancel part of my order?
Yes, you can cancel part of your product complying to the condition of it being
canceled before the dispatch. Please note that after cancellation, if the total
amount falls below Rs. 500, a delivery fee subject to the delivery location will
be levied.
I don’t like the taste of the product after using it. What can I do?
The Organic Treasure is highly committed to meeting the quality standards of
the organic products that are indigenously being manufactured by various
renowned brands & genuine organic local farmers . However, personal choices
of taste/quality etc. may differ and are not subject to the replacement policy
discussed so far. Still, suggestions and advises regarding the same are highly

sure that the brand gets the message regarding the same so that further
improvements in quality are possible.
